Job Description
Role Requirements : Manager - Direct Tax Reporting (EMEA and APAC) | Shared Service / GBS
Lead global tax reporting under IFRS, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of consolidated quarterly and annual results.
Act as subject matter expert in IFRS tax accounting, including ETR, current and deferred tax, and cash tax reporting.
Drive tax transparency initiatives, Pillar 2 compliance, and strengthen the global tax governance framework.
Prepare tax forecasts and annual disclosures, providing analytical insights to senior management.
Develop and implement global tax reporting policies, controls, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
Partner with global teams to enhance reporting efficiency through SAP, automation, and cloud-based solutions.
Collaborate with regional tax heads (Europe, LATAM & AMEA) to ensure alignment and accuracy in group consolidation.
Oversee EU MDR reporting to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Deliver insights on tax provisions, ETR movements, and transfer pricing impacts for leadership decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Manager - Direct Tax Reporting (EMEA and APAC) should have :
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong technical expertise in tax accounting and reporting under IFRS
6+ years of post-qualification experience in group tax reporting, compliance, and tax governance within a multinational or shared services environment.
Demonstrated experience managing global tax operations across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.
Hands-on exposure to ETR analysis, deferred tax, cash tax, transfer pricing, and Pillar 2 compliance .
Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with regional tax leaders and drive global process improvements.
