Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Lead – AI Engineer who is passionate about building real-world AI products that go beyond traditional ML modeling. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with cutting-edge AI coding tools such as Cursor and Windsurf , and capable of leading development efforts for new AI-powered solutions and internal automation frameworks.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in AI application development , prompt engineering , agentic AI , and workflow automation , rather than pure research or data modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of new AI-driven products and platforms.
• Architect and implement AI-powered applications , using modern AI coding tools like Cursor , Windsurf , and related AI development environments.
• Build, integrate, and optimize AI agents , workflows , and automation pipelines for business use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing Tech, and Data Science) to translate business requirements into functional AI solutions.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI tools, APIs, and frameworks to incorporate them into Xerago's innovation roadmap.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and promote AI best practices across the organization.
• Contribute to rapid prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and production-grade deployment of AI applications.
