You will work closely with clients andinternal teams to understand industry-specific challenges and provide actionable insights that drivebusiness performance.Key Responsibilities : - Execute audit engagements from planning to completion for clients in the consumer, hospitality, andmanufacturing sectors.- Perform risk assessments and develop audit programs tailored to client needs.- Analyze financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with GAAP andother regulatory standards.- Identify and communicate audit issues and findings to senior team members and clients.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advisory and assurance solutions.- Assist in the development of junior staff through coaching and mentoring.- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field.- CPA or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam preferred.- 5 years of public accounting experience, preferably in audit.- Strong understanding of audit methodologies and accounting principles.- Experience with CHAMP industries is a plus.- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.Why CohnReznick?- Certified Great Place to Work and one of Newsweek's Most Loved Workplaces.- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.- Opportunities for career advancement, professional development, and work-life balance.- Access to cutting-edge technologies and industry-leading methodologies.
