OpenText Exstream Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned OpenText Exstream Consultant with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of total experience, including 4 to 6 years of relevant, hands-on expertise in OpenText Exstream 16.x. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and support of customer communications management solutions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Exstream's components and a proven ability to perform upgrades, troubleshoot complex production issues, and ensure seamless integration with business applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop document templates, layouts, and dynamic content using OpenText Exstream 16.x Design and Web Component tools.
• Perform Exstream upgrades and version enhancements, including hands-on experience with component upgrades such as Tomcat and OTDS.
• Utilize an in-depth knowledge of Exstream 16.x components (Message, Platforms, Runtime) to ensure effective XML data manipulation and transformation.
• Install, configure, and maintain Exstream software in various environments.
• Debug and resolve complex issues related to print, email, dynamic content, and responsive design in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Exstream solutions with business applications and ensure adherence to performance, scalability, and compliance requirements.
