Key Skills

✅ 10+ years of database and application development / support experience

✅ Strong SQL Language expertise (writing and optimizing queries)

✅ Hands-on experience in developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages

✅ Experience in building reports / dashboards using SSRS or Sisense

✅ Solid knowledge of MS SQL Server & Data Modeling

✅ Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell

Role & Responsibilities

🔹 Lead the operations team – oversee job monitoring, scheduling, configuration, and maintenance of batch jobs

🔹 Act as the primary contact for user inquiries and issue resolution

🔹 Define and implement operational processes and best practices

🔹 Collaborate with product teams to resolve complex issues and bugs

🔹 Manage and troubleshoot SSIS packages, SQL queries, stored procedures, and automation scripts

🔹 Handle large data ingestion and manipulation using SQL Server tools

🔹 Conduct quality checks on data flow and ensure system integrity

🔹 Maintain high customer satisfaction through technical excellence and proactive support
