Someone who has knowledge about : RPA Platform (UiPath) application landscape, features, architecture and configuration.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Infrastructure Setup : This includes designing the server architecture, Installing, and configuring the architecture and setting up development, test, and production environments for the RPA to run
• Plan and implement updates (if required) to the client's infrastructure with respect to application installations.
• You will ensure the platform architecture aligns with enterprise architecture roadmaps and adheres to enterprise architecture principles.
• Implementing result of periodic security audits by cyber security.
• Continuously optimising the performance of the infrastructure, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing resource allocation. This will include resolving low disk spaces in the servers including web application and database and VMs.
• Respond to and resolve incidents related to network issues, and infrastructure problems promptly to minimize downtime within the SLA decided.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of license agreements, network configurations, and infrastructure setup to aid troubleshooting and future planning.
• You will be helping the development and support team for any issues related to VMs, user profiles (temp profiles or password expiration), applications (O365, SAP etc) in terms of infrastructure setup.

What You Bring

Experience of working on virtual machines / citrix systems and all the setups need to be done on virtual machines to deploy a project .

Understanding of Azure platform related to infrastructure. Understating of SQL, API configuration setup and one or more scripting languages, such as PowerShell.

Affinity with IT in corporate / business environments (, RDP, Office365, SAP) .

Must be a standout colleague, fast learner, and a self-starter with the capability to work independently.

Clear communication skills and technical knowledge to contribute to both colleagues and clients
