Job Title : DevOps Engineer

Location : Remote

Job Summary : We are looking for a

DevOps Engineer

with experience in deploying and managing applications in

containerized environments . The role involves working with

Kubernetes ,

OpenShift , and related DevOps tools to support the deployment, automation, and monitoring of

IBI WebFOCUS applications . A background in QA and test automation will be a plus to ensure quality deployments and smooth CI / CD processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Deploy and manage IBI WebFOCUS applications on

Kubernetes

and

OpenShift .

Build and maintain

CI / CD pipelines

using Jenkins, Git, and other tools.

Develop automation scripts for deployment and environment validation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Support basic QA activities, including test case execution and validation.

Monitor performance and optimize system reliability.

Required Skills : Strong knowledge of

Docker ,

Kubernetes , and

OpenShift .

Hands-on experience with

Helm , kubectl, oc, Jenkins, and Git.

Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.

Scripting expertise in

Shell (Bash)

or similar.

Understanding of CI / CD processes and tools.

Basic exposure to QA processes and test automation.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with IBI WebFOCUS or similar analytics platforms.

Knowledge of

AWS

or

GCP .

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
