Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing accounting transactions, and performing audits. Tasks will include reconciling account balances, bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role requires collaboration with the finance team and various departments to support financial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems,Tally, familiarity with Excel and financial modeling
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA designation is a plus
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior accounting or similar role
