We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Manager with expertise in stock brokering and mutual funds to drive growth and manage our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner Acquisition and Activation :
• Conduct outreach activities to build a database of qualified leads.
• Engage with potential leads and onboard them as partners.
• Drive partner activation to generate business impact.
• Partner Relationship Management :
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with partners.
• Performance and Target Management :
• Set and monitor performance targets for partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Analyse partner performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to help partners achieve their targets and drive more leads.
• Training and Support :
• Provide training and resources to partners on products, sales techniques, and best practices.
• Organize webinars, workshops, and other training sessions to enhance partner capabilities.
• Offer ongoing support and guidance to partners, helping them navigate challenges and optimize their performance.
• Collaboration and Coordination :
• Collaborate with internal teams ( Marketing, Customer Success) to align partner initiatives with company strategies.
• Coordinate with the product team to communicate partner feedback and ensure product improvements meet partner needs.
• Work closely with the activation team to drive customer activation through partner channels.

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with a strong background in data architecture, data modeling, and data pipeline development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and enhance our data infrastructure. Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes to support data integration and analytics. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions. Optimize and improve existing data systems and processes for performance and scalability. Implement data governance and best practices to ensure data quality and security. Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues, providing timely resolutions. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and analytics. Mentor and guide junior data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 6 years of experience in data engineering or a related role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with data warehousing solutions and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data services. Knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines for data engineering.
