We are seeking an experienced Senior Genesys Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and optimization of Genesys Cloud / Engage Contact Center solutions. The role involves driving large-scale contact center transformations, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and superior customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect, design, and implement scalable Genesys environments.
- Develop advanced call routing, IVR, and customer engagement workflows.
- Integrate Genesys with CRM, WFM, and enterprise applications.
- Implement AI-driven solutions (chatbots, voicebots, predictive routing).
- Ensure system security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Act as SME, handling escalations, performance tuning, and optimizations.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s / Master’s in CS / IT or related field.8+ years of hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud / Engage.Strong expertise in SIP, VoIP, telephony, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).Programming knowledge in Java / Python / CExcellent communication & problem-solving skills.Preferred : Genesys Certifications (GCP / GCE), AI / ML exposure, Agile experience.
