Your role will include :

• Designing and leading data-driven research projects around rural development, social inclusion, and empowerment initiatives.
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
• Collaborating with field teams to bring authentic, community-based insights to life.
• Creating impact reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and partner use.
• Staying informed on current social development trends and policies.
