We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and
market expansion across the Western Region. This is an team managing role handling a team of 3 ASM and 15 SO, ideal for someone with 3–5 years of strong sales and people management experience in the FMCG sector, particularly in food and beverages, with hands-on expertise in both General Trade and Modern Trade.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow sales across the Western region through General and Modern Trade
channels
Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and modern trade partnersBuild strong market presence through direct customer interactions and field visitsAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsConduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy developmentRegularly report sales progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadershipRequirements :
5–8 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG sector (food & beverages preferred)Proven expertise in General Trade and Modern TradeDeep understanding of the Western Indian market dynamicsSelf-driven, proactive, and capable of working independentlyStrong negotiation, communication, and analytical skillsWillingness to travel extensively within the regionInterested candidates may share their updated CVs at
