Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Software Development Engineer to join our Development team.

Our teams work on cutting edge cloud technology and are challenged daily to think outside the box and push themselves to achieve breakthroughs in design, programming skill and most of all engineering excellence.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

4+ years experience as a backend / full stack developer using NodeJS / Python.

Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Hands-on experience with LLMs and Gen AI frameworks (e.g. OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Deepseek)

Familiarity with recommendation engines, vector search (e.g. Pinecone, FAISS), and prompt engineering

Experience working with AWS services and cloud-based application development. Particularly AWS based services – e.g. ECS, RDS, Lambda etc.

Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture, with knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker

Working knowledge of database systems (e.g. MySQL or PostgreSQL).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.  You can clearly communicate your needs, goals, and can explain your decisions articulately.

Desired

Education from one of premier institutions like IITs, NITs or equivalent.

Experience with frontend technologies like React.js a plus

A TDD mindset with an emphasis on automation and test coverage.

Experience with monitoring cloud COGS and understanding how the systems you will be responsible for building and deploying impact COGS

Interest or experience in developing payment systems, loyalty programs.

An active interest in software engineering and keeping up with the latest trends.

Interest in high availability systems and scalable architectures.
