What You’ll Do

We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Team Lead who can drive our organic growth strategy using modern, AI-driven methodologies. The ideal candidate must possess deep knowledge of Google's evolving algorithms, SGE (Search Generative Experience), technical SEO, content optimization, and data tracking and analytics. You will lead the SEO team, manage client / brand visibility, and implement conversion-focused strategies to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI-driven SEO strategies with strong focus on SGE readiness.
• Monitor Google algorithm updates and ensure timely SEO improvements.
• Oversee technical SEO, on-page optimization, and site audits.
• Drive conversion-focused SEO to increase leads and revenue.
• Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) and brand SERP visibility.
• Lead SEO reporting using GA4, GSC, and industry-standard tools.
• Guide content team with SEO-optimized content, prompts, and strategy.
• Plan and manage high-quality backlink building and authority campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to deliver measurable results.
