Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager - College Admissions to lead our undergraduate admissions advisory team and drive exceptional outcomes for our students. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in global university admissions, a strong understanding of student psychology, and the ability to mentor a team of counselors while maintaining direct engagement with high-potential students and parents.

This role demands a balance of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and hands-on counseling, ensuring that every student receives world-class guidance on their academic and career pathways.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Leadership & Team Management :

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of admissions counselors to deliver high-quality, personalized student guidance.
• Define and implement counseling frameworks, best practices, and performance metrics for the team.
• Collaborate with leadership to set annual counseling goals, monitor outcomes, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
