Join our dynamic team where you’ll take charge of setting up and monitoring data acquisition systems, ensuring seamless and reliable data flow every day. You’ll communicate professionally with customers about data export and transmission, maintaining solid relationships. Your role includes managing and enhancing the entire data platform, developing dashboards and digital services like Condition Monitoring and Hotline Support, and providing technical support to colleagues. You’ll contribute to the company-wide development of Siemens Energy’s data analysis platform by migrating components into a centralized solution, boosting efficiency and scalability. Working collaboratively, you’ll optimize rule-based automated condition monitoring systems and coordinate with internal and external partners to streamline data management. Every day, you’ll help drive innovation and support Siemens Energy’s mission to advance sustainable energy solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
You will maintain and develop the data platform to guarantee data availability and optimize existing data transformations.You will create and improve dashboards and digital services, providing technical advice and problem-solving support to colleagues.You will contribute to the development and migration of Siemens Energy’s data analysis platform toward a centralized, scalable solution.You will apply and optimize rule-based systems for automated condition monitoring to enhance data analysis efficiency.You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure streamlined and efficient data management.What You Bring
You hold a Master’s degree in Data Engineering, Cloud Computing, or an equivalent field, with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.You have solid experience managing and optimizing ETL pipelines of simple to medium complexity.You are proficient in AWS services, especially Athena, Transfer Family (SFTP), CloudWatch, Lambda, and S3 Buckets within AWS Mosaic.You are skilled in data analysis tools such as Alteryx or similar, and programming languages like Python and SQL.You have experience with rule-based systems for automated condition monitoring.You have expertise in setting up and managing data transmission processes.You are a passionate, creative self-starter who enjoys developing and refining solutions with a proactive mentality to lead change and innovation.You have excellent written and spoken English skills.You excel at coordinating partners and managing task packages.You are a solid teammate who thrives in an international environment and embraces working collaboratively.
