Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cluster Head based in Gandhinagar,. The Cluster Head will oversee and manage construction projects within the assigned cluster. Daily tasks will include coordinating and supervising project teams, ensuring project completion on time and within budget, monitoring project progress, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, and liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Budgeting, and Cost Estimation skills
• Experience in Construction Management, Site Supervision, and Quality Control
• Proficiency in Team Coordination, Leadership, and Stakeholder Communication
• Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Compliance Standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
