MIS Analyst, PG / Design, BES

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Manage reporting for INT — analyzing team activities, operational data, and forecasting
• Regularly revisit the efficacy of existing reports and modify / improve their usability
• Highlight trends and provides recommendations
• Provides analysis against agreed service levels and pitches ideas for further improvement
• Identify, distinguish and analyze multiple components of a problem, and then make recommendations for business change
• Synthesize findings from analysis and make verbal / written recommendations to upper management
• Manage the global billing process from file generation to creation of billing files for APS upload
• Run the monthly P2P process in a timely and accurate manner

Shift Timing : Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts – 1 pm to 10 pm or 2 pm to 11 pm or 3 pm to 12 am (in IST)
