We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist SAP Architect, Accounting to join our global Digital, Technology, and Innovation ( DTI ) team. This role is essential for guiding the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S / 4HANA . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting, designing, and implementing Invoice to Settle solutions, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You will be responsible for building scalable and secure solutions, collaborating with business partners, and ensuring our systems align with leading practices and business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Solution Architecture : Design and architect SAP S / 4HANA Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems, and maintaining high standards for scalability, performance, and security.
Business Collaboration : Work closely with business partners to understand their requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications.
System Configuration : Oversee the system build and configuration of SAP S / 4HANA solutions to ensure alignment with business goals and leading industry practices.
Risk Management : Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to proactively identify potential risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
Agile Development : Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to deliver and maintain the S / 4HANA ecosystem.
Innovation : Develop innovative solutions that leverage AI / ML and advanced control practices to drive speed and value for the business.

Qualifications

A Doctorate degree with relevant SAP experience, or a Master's degree with proven experience, or a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience, or a Diploma with a substantial background in SAP.

Hands-on experience in configuring and building SAP S / 4HANA Accounts Payable solutions, particularly Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) .

A demonstrable understanding of Procure to Pay and accounting business processes, including experience with disbursement processes like SAP payment processing .

A strong understanding of US GAAP and / or IFRS is essential.

Experience with SAP Ariba Procure to Pay solutions and familiarity with Agile methodologies ( Scrum, Kanban ) are a plus.

A relevant SAP S / 4HANA certification is preferred.
