About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Bank Relationship Manager who can manage and strengthen our relationships with banks and financial institutions. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in fundraising, handling banking operations, and developing financial partnerships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial partners.
- Handle fundraising activities, loan processing, financial documentation, and credit evaluations.
- Manage day-to-day banking operations including account management, payments, and reconciliations.
- Negotiate banking terms, interest rates, credit facilities, and financial agreements.
- Ensure timely execution of bank-related paperwork, compliance, and audits.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial planning and cash-flow management.
- Identify new financial opportunities and partnerships to support company expansion.
- Prepare and present banking reports, MIS, and financial summaries.
- Resolve bank-related issues promptly and maintain seamless financial operations.
- Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Bank Relationship Manager or similar profile.
- Strong background in fundraising, banking operations, and financial negotiations.
- Excellent understanding of banking products, credit facilities, compliance, and documentation.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
