Role Overview

As a Mechanical / Structural Design Engineer in our R&D team, you will lead the design and development of structural components and systems for advanced AC and refrigeration products. You will work on concept-to-production projects, ensuring innovation, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Exploration of New Technology : Stay updated on emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Conceptualization & Design : Translate ideas into actionable design plans for new projects.
• Detailed Engineering Design : Develop in-depth engineering designs for AC & REF products, including 3D models, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with ID, Simulation, Tooling, Production, and QA teams.
• Project Development : Oversee the entire project lifecycle using tools like DFMEA, DFM, DFS, PERT Chart, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost targets.
• Quality Assurance : Apply Tolerance Stack-Up and GD&T standards for precision and reliability.
• Cost Management : Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
