Trivesa, powered by Blue Diamond Infotech Pvt. Ltd., is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Director to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic professional with a strong background in HR consultancy, bulk hiring, and payroll service management to drive our human resource strategies and foster a thriving work environment.

Location : Mahape

Salary Range : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage HR operations, ensuring seamless recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Visiting companies to meet HRs for Business Proposal, discuss Terms and conditions.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Oversee bulk hiring initiatives and establish efficient workforce planning strategies.
• Manage payroll services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key HR professionals and industry leaders.
• Ensure adherence to labour laws, company policies, and best HR practices.

Candidate Requirements :

Proven experience in HR consultancy with a track record of working with large corporations and multinational companies.

Strong professional network and connections within the HR industry.

In-depth understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and payroll administration.

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
