About the Role
As a Program Coordinator Intern for the Online (Hybrid) Program at IIDE, you will support the team in delivering a smooth and engaging learning experience for students. Your responsibilities will include assisting in managing virtual classrooms, coordinating with trainers and students, ensuring timely updates on the Learning Management System (LMS), and helping with day-to-day administrative tasks.
What You'll Do
Classroom Setup and Management
Coordinate and set up online and hybrid classrooms to ensure seamless sessions.
Manage trainer schedules using Google calendars to optimize availability and coordination.
LMS and Reporting
Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure its effective utilization by trainers and students.
Course Monitoring
Communicate updates about schedules, deadlines, and program details effectively to trainers and students.
SOP Compliance and Moderation
Ensure all program activities align with predefined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Assist in the moderation of final course results and oversee the generation of mark sheets and certificates.
Data Management
Follow up on the MESC portal for accurate data uploads and certificate generation.
Who You Are
Must-Have
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English).
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, GDS, etc.).
Qualification
Pursuing or recently completed a graduation degree in any stream.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Should Have
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Requirements
Who You Are : Qualifications : 7-10 years of experience in student-facing or customer service roles. Preferred age range : 32-40 years. Proven leadership experience in ed-tech or student-centric environments. Successful track record of managing teams of 10-15 individuals. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a vibrant and optimistic mindset. Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations and ensure an exceptional student experience. Should Have : Experience in implementing process efficiencies and automation in educational settings. Familiarity with student retention strategies and academic event management. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have : Experience in digital marketing education or related fields. Advanced problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions. Additional certifications or training in student management or educational leadership.
