We are seeking experienced Delivery Managers / Technical Project Managers to lead customer delivery projects end-to-end — from scope definition to go-live.
The ideal candidate has experience in customer-facing delivery or implementation roles in SaaS / product / Services companies, with strong project management, stakeholder management, and technical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Scope & Requirements Management
- Collaborate with clients to define, document, and manage project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
- Act as the primary client point of contact to ensure alignment between expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
- Maintain all project artifacts, including scope documents, requirement trackers, and sign offs.
2. End-to-End Project & Program Management
Lead project delivery across the lifecycle — planning, execution, testing, and go-liveOwn project timelines, budgets, quality, and resource allocation.Track deliverables and milestones to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
3. Business Process Mapping & Documentation
Analyze and document client business processes, system workflows, and integrations.Work with Product Analysts and Solution Architects to define KPIs, personas, and data architecture.Review documentation, facilitate client sign-offs, and prepare approach notes for internal teams.Translate business requirements into UI / UX and functional specifications in collaboration with product and design teams.Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in project delivery or program management roles in SaaS or technology product companies.Proven experience in customer-facing implementation or delivery projects.Strong skills in business process mapping, project governance, and client engagement.Proficiency with project management and issue-tracking toolsFamiliarity with API documentation, system design, and data architecture concepts
