▷ (Urgent) Sap Basis

Job Description :

• Looking for recent Graduate who have completed SAP Basis training from any institute
• Post initial KT training, primary role of candidate will be queue management in ServiceNow for PC3-MSM team.
• During shift hours will keep an eye on new tickets assigned to MSM queue and ensure IRT achievement by following up with respective dCEMs
• With guidance of SDM & Senior leaders will support in workload distribution of cases
• Will do OJT by shadowing senior dCEM in team to understand the process of supporting different type of Incidents / Service Requests

Kind Note : Candidate should have done certification course releated to SAP. This requirement is for Noida Location.
