Job Description

Senior Manager - Information Technology

India and outside india Network and wide area Network centrally Manage

Qualification Required

BSc Computer Science / BSc IT / Diploma Electronics and Communications

IT Professional certifications - CCNA / CCNP / MCSE

12 to 15 Years experience in IT industry or Health care industry.

Roles and Responsibilites

Network and Firewall Administration for all intas sites across India and International offices.

Infrastructure and Network related services and support i.e Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls,

FortiAnalyzer, Azure Cloud Network.

Centrally Support of IPSec tunnel for all domestic and International to connect SAP direct.

Centrally Support of SSL VPN connection for all domestic and international location.

Centrally Support of NGFWs (Firewall) for domestic and international location – 900D 200F, 121G

Manage Cisco Identity Services Engine - Guest Portal, NAC

Provide Support of all location Servers Support as well as MPLS & ILL connectivity.

Azure Portal Network support as well as connectivity support.

Network project including Wired and Wireless,

Mange TATA Network Support Team.

Server Administrator – Trouble shooting of FSSO, AD, DNS, DHCP

Skill Required

Monitoring network performance and tracking network usage to report on system load, usage, and response

Performing diagnostic analysis of the network

Planning and implementing network upgrades to achieve optimal performance

Identifying and resolving gaps in controls or faults / defects in the network

Responding to network cyber-security threats

Ensuring the network and security equipment are updated to the latest firmware

Liaising with vendors and contractors for network-specific products and services

Documenting the network and security policies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences

Strong analytical problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced IT environment and capable of motivating teams

Experienced in making data-driven decisions

Exceptional time management skills with the ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in procurement, budgeting, forecasting, and asset management
