Role Description
We are seeking an
Onsite Performance Marketer (Meta Ads Specialist)
to join our dynamic team at our
office in Koramangala, Bangalore . The ideal candidate will hold a
bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 university
and bring a proven track record of
scaling D2C brands with exceptional ROAS . This role focuses on driving measurable growth through
Meta advertising, advanced retargeting strategies, and WhatsApp marketing . You’ll collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that amplify Fuse’s online presence and accelerate sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage
high-performance Meta ad campaigns
(Facebook & Instagram) across the entire marketing funnel.
Design and execute
retargeting strategies
to re-engage potential customers and maximize conversion rates.
Develop and implement
WhatsApp marketing campaigns
to drive engagement, reactivation, and customer loyalty.
Optimize campaigns for
maximum ROAS
while maintaining efficient CAC and scaling reach profitably.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop
impactful ad creatives, visuals, and copy
aligned with Fuse’s brand identity.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
Prepare
weekly and monthly performance reports
with actionable recommendations.
Conduct ongoing
audience, market, and competitor analysis
to strengthen campaign performance.
Stay up to date with
Meta’s advertising tools, algorithm updates, and performance best practices .
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 university
(e.g., IIM, IIT, NIFT, NMIMS, Christ University, or an equivalent reputed institution).
Proven experience as a
Performance Marketer or Meta Ads Specialist , preferably within
fashion, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands .
Demonstrated success in
scaling D2C brands
and delivering
strong ROAS .
Advanced knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager , including campaign structure, pixel setup, A / B testing, and event tracking.
Strong grasp of
retargeting funnels, lookalike audiences, and conversion optimization techniques .
Hands-on experience with
WhatsApp marketing platforms
(e.g., Zoko, Wati, or Interakt).
Proficiency in
Google Analytics, Meta Insights , or similar data tools.
Deep understanding of
full-funnel marketing
— awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
Strong creative instincts and an ability to merge
data with storytelling
for ad performance.
Familiarity with
Google Ads
is a plus.

Ability to work
onsite at our Koramangala, Bangalore office
and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
