Job description2-5 years of experience with workflow automation tools. Knowledge of ETL concepts, API integrations, and data processing.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor Workbox job execution, ensuring successful data ingestion and transformation.
- Resolve issues related to workflow automation, data pipelines, and scheduled jobs.
- Apply patches, system updates, and optimize performance.
- Ensure incident resolution within SLA guidelines.
- Work closely with business users to troubleshoot and escalate L2 incidents.
