Job Overview

Flynaut Infotech Private Limited is seeking a Junior Lawyer on a part-time, monthly retainer basis to support and manage the company's legal matters that are handled through external law firms. The role requires coordination, legal oversight, documentation support, and internal legal assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between Flynaut Infotech and assigned external law firms
• Track and manage all ongoing legal cases handled by external counsels
• Review legal notices, pleadings, agreements, and case updates received from law firms
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all legal matters
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting basic legal documents, agreements, and responses
• Provide internal legal support and updates to management on case status and timelines
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Coordinate hearings, filings, and follow-ups with external advocates
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• LLB from a recognized university
• Registered with the Bar Council of India (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or litigation support
• Strong understanding of legal documentation and case management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently on a retainer/part-time basis
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation tools
