Job Description :

As an expert on our AI Large Language Models team, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of AI by contributing to its training and refinement. You will create high-quality training datasets for AI models to improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and tone of voice. Additionally, you will annotate data to help align AI outputs with human values, analyze and refine grammar, syntax, semantics, and sentence structure in both human-created and AI-generated content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets.

Responsibilities :

• Create high-quality training datasets for AI models to improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and tone of voice.
• Annotate data to help align AI outputs with human values.
• Refine grammar, syntax, semantics, and sentence structure in both human-created and AI-generated content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets.
• Contribute to the development of evolving specifications and data recipes for AI model training.
