Staff Specialist SEO/GEO

The role involves developing and executing SEO and GEO strategies to enhance Infineon's digital presence. Key responsibilities include optimizing content structure, providing training and support, and monitoring the effectiveness of SEO/GEO strategies. The goal is to improve search engine visibility, content quality, and discoverability across all divisions, while staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and GEO (Generative engine optimizations) strategies tailored to Infineon's digital objectives.
• Support initiatives to align content structure and meta data for both enhanced search engine visibility and optimal parsing by LLMs and AI-powered systems.
• Define, document, and communicate rules and guidelines for SEO/GEO best practices, ensuring consistent content quality and discover ability across all divisions.
• Collaborate with divisional stakeholders to provide expertise, training, and hands-on support in content optimization.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of SEO/GEO strategies, using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, AI advancements, and emerging technologies to proactively recommend innovative solutions.
• Drive the education of colleague's organization-wide, fostering a culture of digital content excellence and continual learning.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• 5+ years of professional experience in SEO, GEO, digital content optimization, or related fields, ideally in an enterprise or multinational context.
• Deep understanding of content SEO, content structuring, metadata, and the factors influencing both search engine and LLM-based discoverability.
• A solid understanding of customer journeys and how to create content strategies for the different stages.
• Experience in creating and implementing guidelines, conducting trainings, and supporting diverse teams in adopting best practices.
• Proficiency with common SEO tools (such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs) and data analytics platforms (such as Google analytics).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and influence without authority.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A proactive, analytical mindset and a passion for shaping the digital future.
• Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful presentations, especially using PowerPoint.
• Team Player Attitude: You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy aligning with team members, and are always ready to lend a helping hand.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; German language skillare an advantage
