Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint online, Power Apps, and Power Automate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of M365 security, compliance, and governance as well as proven experience in building and deploying power apps and workflows for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage configure and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Teams OneDrive and SharePoint Online User Provisioning Permissions Licensing and Security Configurations Troubleshooting M365 related technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Prepare standard operating procedures SOPs as requested by clients Additionally design customize and maintain SharePoint sites libraries lists and pages develop and deploy SharePoint solutions using modern frameworks ie SPFx PowerShell PnP.
• Manage administer site structures workflows permissions and governance standards Also build and maintain business applications using Power Apps Canvas Model Driven Design automate workflows using Power Automate for process improvement integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Teams and other data sources Dataverse SQL etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration SharePoint online Power Apps and Power Automate Strong understanding of M365 security compliance and governance Proven track record in building and deploying power apps and power automate workflows for enterprise clients Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing and training activities Prior experience leading or mentoring a small technical team.
