About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst

to join our Data Centre of Excellence and support the delivery of high-quality analytics for our digital products. This role is suited for someone with

2+ years of experience

who is eager to grow into a Senior Product Analyst over time.

You’ll focus on

event tracking, QA, and hypercare monitoring

to ensure our data is reliable and our product decisions are well-informed. You’ll work closely with Senior Product Analysts, QA, and Product Managers — learning frameworks and building the foundations to become a strong product-focused analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Event Tracking & QA

Support Senior Product Analysts in defining event tracking requirements for new features.

Partner with QA and engineering teams to

test, validate, and sign off events

during UAT and release cycles.

Maintain and update event tracking documentation and tracking logs.

Monitoring & Hypercare

Monitor new feature launches during

hypercare

to ensure data flows correctly and key metrics are stable.

Identify anomalies or data quality issues and escalate for resolution.

Run regular checks to validate data pipelines and event accuracy.

Analysis & Reporting

Perform

basic funnel and adoption analyses

to support feature performance monitoring.

Build simple reports / dashboards to track usage and highlight issues for product teams.

Contribute to

feature insight wrap-ups

by providing accurate data inputs and observations.

Collaboration & Learning

Take direction from Senior Product Analysts and actively learn their approaches to product discovery and measurement.

Collaborate closely with QA, Engineering, and Product Managers within sprint cycles.

Demonstrate curiosity and initiative by asking questions, spotting issues, and suggesting improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Experience :

2+ years in analytics, with exposure to

digital products, event tracking, or QA / data validation .

Technical Skills : Strong

knowledge of SQL

(comfortable writing queries for event validation).

Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4).

BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.

Mindset :

Detail-oriented, structured, eager to learn from seniors, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Communication :

Clear documentation and the ability to raise issues quickly with QA and product teams.
