Experience :
Minimum 3 years of relevant experienceRoles & Responsibilities :
Provide computer and data entry support for project office and site activitiesPrepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, letters, and registers using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Carry out accurate typing, data entry, and updating of records and databasesMaintain electronic and physical filing systems for drawings, reports, and correspondenceAssist engineers and project staff in preparation of progress reports and presentationsHandle email correspondence and basic office coordination tasksEnsure proper backup and security of digital dataSupport day-to-day administrative and documentation requirements at site / officeKey Skills & Competencies :
Proficient in typing and computer operationsGood working knowledge of MS Office softwareBasic knowledge of office documentation and record keepingAbility to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
