Job Description :

Role : IBM BPM Developer

Implementation & Support

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end BPM solutions for complex enterprise processes.
  • Implement process applications, BPD designs, and integration services (CSHS, REST APIs).
  • Ensure deployments and configurations align with technical and business requirements.

    • Technical Expertise

  • Expert in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework .
  • Strong experience in events, gateways, and exception handling at process and service levels.
  • Integrate Oracle RDBMS with IBM BPM for process data and transactions.
  • Work with ODM and ensure smooth integration with BPM processes.

    • System & Integration Knowledge

  • Develop complex BPM processes and integrations.
  • Maintain high-quality application architecture and technical standards .
  • Ensure solutions adhere to best coding, security, and documentation practices .

    • Preferred Expertise

  • Experience in Banking, Financial, or Fintech domains .
  • Hands-on experience in Agile methodology .
  • Ability to benchmark technology and implement best-in-class solutions.

    • Mandatory Skills :

    1. IBM BPM 8.6 Expertise

  • Deep hands-on experience with IBM BPM 8.6 , especially :
  • UI Framework
  • Business Process Definition (BPD) design
  • Client-Side Human Services (CSHS)

    • 2. Process Implementation & Development

    Mandatory Skills :

  • End-to-end development of complex BPM process applications
  • Service orchestration using events, gateways, and exception handling

    • 3. Integration Services

  • Building and consuming REST APIs within IBM BPM
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns for enterprise applications

    • 4. Oracle RDBMS Integration

  • Practical experience integrating Oracle RDBMS with BPM for :
  • Data handling
  • Transactional processes

    • 5. IBM ODM Integration

  • Ability to integrate and work with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) in conjunction with BPM processes

    • 6. Deployment & Configuration

  • Experience in process application deployment , environment setup, and configuration aligned with business / tech requirements

    • 7. Coding, Architecture & Standards

  • Strong skills in :
  • Application architecture design
  • Adhering to secure coding practices and technical documentation
