About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic HR & Business Development Manager (HRBD) to join our expanding team in Mozambique, Southern Africa. This role requires a unique blend of Human Resource expertise (40%) and strong Business Development skills (60%). The ideal candidate will have experience pitching HR solutions and managing client relationships, ideally within the Edtech, Tourism, or Visa consulting sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

Human Resources (40%) :

• Understand and communicate HR services to clients effectively.
• Assist in planning, recruiting, and deploying human capital as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal HR teams to ensure efficient talent placement and compliance.
• Stay up to date with international visa processes and documentation.

Business Development (60%) :
