Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and manage all HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and talent management strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Lead HR projects such as policy development, organizational restructuring, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and succession planning.
- Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports to track key performance indicators.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors / master'sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.MBA or HR certification (SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.3+ years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations.Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Leadership and team management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentref : iimjobs.com)
