Candidate should have minimum 18 years experience in a Real Estate company.
Responsibilities
- Establishing & implementation of Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, Risk Assessment, RCA, etc.
- Developing work methodology, Inspection & Test Plans for all activities, (in coordination with site QC managers)
- Smooth functioning of Quality Inspection process, with OR without software.
- Coordinating with Collaborative service providers (for quality) for their effective performance
- Leading the Quality Team on all fronts successfully including allocation
- Participate in interview & selection process of Quality personnel
- Managing periodic site quality audits, NC Management
- Effective implementation of Re-work / s / c performance-based debit system
- Developing & implementing periodical Quality Surveillance process.
- Establishing & implementing Lessons Learned
- Managing data & providing statistical reports to Top Management regarding the performance of QMS.
- Providing Support for ISO 9001 : 2015 certification.
- Maintain documentation & prepare Quality reports for management.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 18 yrs experience in Quality function of Real Estate Industry. Should have handled senior role.
