JOB TITLE : Instrumentation Designer (E3D)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Guide and lead the overall design, modeling and drafting activities for projects depending upon the complexity and size, carry out FEED and / or Proposal work estimates, procurement support activities, support for fabrication and construction requirements.
• Shall perform as Lead Designer with block building and fabrication yard experience.
• Should be able to read and understand the specification and European regulations and shall be able to implement those regulations during the project execution.
• Extensive layout and 3D modeling experience, able to coordinate complete inputs for layout.
• Develop the initial bill of material; prepare technical layouts and drawings for proposal estimation.
• Review the Technical Document Register (TDR), evaluate number of required drawings and establish design and drafting requirements.
• Review the Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's), Plot plans, General Arrangement (GA) drawings.
• Review Fire and Gas Detector Layout Drawings, Instrument Specifications, Equipment Specifications, Pipe Specifications, Instrument Index, Instrument Design Basis, and other relevant documents.
