Key Responsibilities Business and Processes

Pre-Month end and Ledger Close : Ensure the accuracy of books and records and compliance with IFRS for Group external reporting and supporting local GAAP requirements.

• Support the day-to-day controls & periodic monitoring activities, timely identification and reporting of significant risks & losses, and effectiveness of risk mitigation actions.
• Perform quarterly analysis of movements in balances, variance and identify business reasons.

Financial Reporting, Analytical Review and Group Reporting : Accurate financial reporting -evidencing assertions principles and ledger close analytical review

Substantiation and Attestation : Ownership reviews and Balance Substantiation including risk assessment, CFO Attestation

Control and Risk Governance : Deliver and execute the controls as laid out in the controllership framework.

Legal Entity Controllership : Country partnering for Local GAAP Adjustments, Local Stat Accounts including Analytical review.
