Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and grow partnerships with corporates across sectors for hiring
- Drive closures for open mandates and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop trusted relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition leaders and business teams.
- Provide a smooth experience : from requirement gathering to final hiring.
- Ensure high partner satisfaction and repeat engagements.
