Role Overview :

We are looking for a QA Lead - Automation Testing who will take ownership of test strategy, automation frameworks, and quality assurance processes for our enterprise communication solutions.

This role requires a strong background in test automation, API testing, and cloud-based application testing. The ideal candidate will lead the QA team, drive best practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in QA automation. Freshers or less experienced candidates need not apply.

Responsibilities :

• Test Strategy & Automation : Design, develop, and implement robust automation test frameworks for API, web, and mobile applications.
• QA Leadership : Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
• Test Execution : Develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using Selenium, Appium, JMeter, and other relevant tools.
• Performance & Security Testing : Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of applications through performance and security testing methodologies.
• CI / CD Integration : Integrate automated testing within the CI / CD pipeline using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Defect Management : Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to identify, document, and resolve defects.
• Cloud Testing : Perform cloud-based testing on AWS environments.
• Regression & UAT Support : Manage regression test suites and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.

Qualifications :

Experience : 8-10 years in QA automation and software testing.
