Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Communication Analyst with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in managing operations. The ideal candidate must have practical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the ability to prepare reports and presentations for leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and monitor daily communication operations across teams.
• Analyze data, communication patterns, and workflow performance to identify improvement areas.
• Work extensively on CRM Dynamics for tracking, updating, and maintaining customer information.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on communication metrics, productivity, and process performance.
• Create professional PPT presentations for internal reviews, management meetings, and client discussions.
• Develop dashboards and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication processes.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure timely resolutions.
