Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer / Lead to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks (Angular or React), along with hands-on experience in building end-to-end solutions. The role requires solid technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end technologies.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate front-end interfaces with backend services.
  • Work on UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery / Angular / ReactJS.
  • Ensure application scalability, performance, and security across all layers.
  • Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver quality releases.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best coding practices.
  • Participate in design discussions, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in full-stack development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in software development, with strong full-stack development exposure.
  • Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery / Angular / ReactJS.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and database design.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and DevOps practices (CI / CD).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
