Compensation Structure
1. Fixed Pay (Monthly) : TBD depends on experience and portfolio
Covers core responsibilities and deliverables.
2. Variable Pay (Performance-based) : TBD 5% - 7.5% of the project profit TBD
Based on project quality, deadlines met, creativity, and client satisfaction. Variable component
to be disbursed quarterly or on project completion.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop creatives for digital, print, and branding campaigns.
- Define and articulate the overall creative direction for campaigns, branding, and
communication.
Translate / Create client briefs and business objectives into strong creative concepts.Content research and creation for design requirements.Ensure consistency with brand identity across platforms.Lead, inspire, and mentor designersAct as a creative point of contactOversee all creative deliverables (designs, campaigns, videos, brand collaterals) toensure high standards.
Balance creativity with strategy, deadlines, and budgets.Quality Check and Approve final outputs before client delivery.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
