Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow HAM Developer with over 5 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, including at least 2 years focused specifically on Hardware Asset Management (HAM). This role is for a hands-on developer who will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive HAM solutions from scratch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and ensure compliance, delivering high-quality, rapid iterations in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do :

• Design and implement comprehensive ServiceNow HAM solutions and workflows from the ground up, ensuring they align with business requirements.
• Develop key functionalities for asset management, including reconciliation, barcode management, and asset lifecycle tracking.
• Configure and maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database) relationships and data models to accurately reflect the hardware asset landscape.
• Work closely with procurement and asset teams to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.
• Deliver rapid iterations with a strong focus on quality and compliance, ensuring all solutions meet regulatory and security standards.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to HAM and CMDB, providing effective and timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and present solution designs.
