Role & Responsibilities
Prioritizing the Facilities’ needs.
Working with both the facilities manager & the assistant facilities manager, you’ll oversee the property’s day-to-day operations & ensure that all administrative functions, security issues, & facility services are covered. Likewise, you’ll strive for continuous improvement in the process.
You’ll keep an eye out on the property’s supplies & ensure that it has adequate stocks & materials to keep the operations smooth like a well-oiled machine. Likewise, you’ll manage supply & service contracts as approved by clients.
You’ll help mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures, & business continuity plans. You’ll also be on top of health & safety issues that may arise and actively participate in reviewing them.
Client satisfaction is second nature to the person in charge. In this role, you’ll take on difficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve operations. You’ll also be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service-level agreements.
Routine site round and critical area inspections
Responsibility and attentiveness for the Tickets raised and closure tracked within SLA.
Vendor Management (working at the site)
Coordination with the LL team
Coordination with the Site FM team for the daily basis activities
Managing and preparations of material BOQ if required any
Managing and shifting manpower deployments
Inventory Management / Store management
Ensuring checklists updated upkeep of the facility
Preparation of Daily, Weekly, and monthly reports
Energy consumption and data management
Managing weekly, Monthly FM & LL MOMs
Maintaining records of admin reports
Aligning of manpower and vendor as per the 52 weeks PPM calendar schedules
SS team briefings,
Daily basis observations and closures
Work permit issuance and records
Shift jobs and 6 days working
Skillset required
a. Strong knowledge of property operations
b. The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.
c. Solid background in team management.
