Job description8-10 years of experience in banking or product companies. Strong Financial Markets technology delivery background. Hands-on experience as a Front Office Business Analyst . Expertise in Trade Life Cycle and Agile / Traditional project management . Solid understanding of scripting, data stores, messaging, and architectures . Strong analytical and communication skills with global team collaboration experience . Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex financial institution changes .
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive agile delivery as a Scrum Master , ensuring seamless execution.
- Engage with business and technology stakeholders , translating business requirements into technology solutions .
- Own end-to-end technology delivery , from requirement gathering to deployment .
- Provide ongoing support for UAT, test cases, and issue resolution .
- Identify risks and issues early , developing mitigation plans.
- Collaborate on front office platform design for Rates, Commodities, and FX derivatives .
- Manage release cycles and change processes in financial institutions.
