Overview of the role :

The Solutions Engineer will play a key role in driving enterprise adoption of an advanced data and AI platform. This position involves architecting and implementing end-to-end solutions, engaging in technical discussions with clients, and ensuring seamless integration of AI technologies to accelerate customer success.

Key responsibilities :

  • Collaborating with customers, partners, and prospects to design tailored data and AI solutions.
  • Architecting machine learning pipelines from data ingestion through deployment and monitoring.
  • Leading technical conversations around MLOps, data science workflows, and Generative AI adoption.
  • Owning the technical sales process, from pre-sales to post-sales support.
  • Delivering technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and whiteboarding sessions.
  • Evangelizing the platform’s AI vision to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Working closely with Account Executives to drive strategic growth and customer success.
  • Coordinating with Product, R&D, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements :

  • Experience : At least 5 years in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • AI / ML Expertise : Proven hands-on experience as an AI / ML practitioner with knowledge of MLOps pipelines.
  • Generative AI : Practical experience with Generative AI models and frameworks.
  • Communication : Ability to clearly articulate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Language Proficiency : Advanced level of English.

    • Additional skills preferred :

  • Frameworks & Tools : Familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, and common ML libraries.
  • Programming : Strong Python skills and experience with Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure : Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms, pipeline orchestration, and DevOps practices.
  • Generative AI : Exposure to Generative AI toolkits and development of enterprise-grade applications.
  • Certifications : Relevant cloud or enterprise platform certifications.
  • Systems Knowledge : Solid understanding of Unix / Linux environments.
