Job descriptionCollaborate with HR stakeholders to understand processes and gather requirements. Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Talent, etc.). Ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Build reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas. Perform integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, HDL / FDI, and HCM Extracts. Lead data migrations and validations during implementations / upgrades. Conduct testing and troubleshoot issues effectively. Provide post-implementation support and user training. Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM features and patches. BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas. HDL, HSDL, Application Security, Workflows, Page Customizations. Data migration from legacy systems. Oracle Cloud Integration tools, OIC, REST / SOAP APIs, Apex, ATP. SaaS extensions using VBCS. SQL, PL / SQL, and debugging tools. Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows. Hands-on experience with Core HR, Recruitment, Absence, Payroll, Talent. Security Roles, AOR, and Compensation Workforce. Exposure to HR Help Desk and Employee Engagement modules is a plus.
